Govrments of many coutries, such as the United States, Japan, China, Germany etc, are permitting the online sales and delivery service of pharmceutical. However, the government of South Korea never allows any of distribution of pharmaceutical product through On-line/Delivery process, even if it is just a delivery service by parcel to the patient who visits the pharmacy with the prescription. After that, we would like to discuss about Japanese history, system and regulatory of On-line distribution of the pharmaceutical products as comparative consideration. At last, we would discuss about the possibility of the change of on-line distribution system of the pharmaceutical products under the South Korean regulatory, especially focusing on the judgement of the Constitutional Court; 2005Hunama373, 2008.4.24.
